As a Business Services Team Leader within our Properties Department you’ll manage a team of 8 across multiple functions to provide first-class business support, which includes our post room, print, scanning and managed storage document archive services.
Adept at monitoring and reporting on performance, you’ll analyse trends and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement. To implement your strategies, you’ll ensure your team have the right coaching, training, and resources to achieve success.
In this key position you’ll administer the requirements for Health and Safety, Security, and Welfare for your team, colleagues and visitors, and lead investigations into queries or complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
We’re looking for people like you. Used to working in a hands-on supervisory role, you have experience of management within a corporate environment providing an internal service.
You’ll be organised, someone who loves to exceed expectations and driven to be the best at what you do.
You have a thorough understanding of risk assessments and instinctively introduce procedures that reduce or remove occurrences.
As well as this, you confidently use your interpersonal skills to manage a small team and communicate well across all levels.
