NFU Mutual have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Consultant to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office team (EMPO) within the Group Change Division on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Our EMPO team are one of the three services in Group Change that provide a decision-enabling/delivery support service to the business. This service underpins the other services and capabilities in Group Change. It also provides services to the wider organisation around the co-ordination of change governance and central portfolio communications.
As Change Consultant, you will be fully responsible for developing, improving and embedding the NFU Mutual Change Framework across the organisation; working closely with senior stakeholders throughout the business. You will also provide consultancy and coaching across Group Change and the wider business on the NFUM Change Framework.
The role will work very closely with Group Change leadership utilising a consultative approach with the team. You will interact with senior stakeholders across the organisation and would demonstrate the value that Group Change brings to NFUM through multiple platforms and channels. You will build relationships externally with key partners e.g. APM to publicise the work of Group Change externally and look for opportunities to contribute to and learn from external best practice. We are looking for an experienced Change Consultant with practical experience at project, programme and portfolio management with in-depth knowledge of Change and Project Management methodologies and techniques. You will have strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skill with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. Additionally, you will have good knowledge of project management methodology with experience in one or more of the following –
Furthermore, qualifications in project/programme management such as P30, PRINCE2 and Change Management is highly desirable
