Apply nowThis is a truly exciting time for NFU Mutual and the Customer Data and Analytics team and we are looking for the right candidate to help us showcase to the business what data can really do. Following a recent restructure, the successful candidate will have the chance to build and define processes within the Strategy and Marketing Division and redefine our ways of working.
As Customer Selections and Analytics Consultant you will have a creative approach to your work and will successfully develop and deliver customer selections utilising strong SQL skills alongside customer data to ensure that campaigns are compliant and target the right customers at the right time in order to align to business strategies. You will form a robust and consistent view of campaign performance, presenting interpretations in a clear and concise manner, to allow the enhancement of customer targeting, working in a consultative manner with internal stakeholders to enable data driven decision making, aligned to business and strategic objectives.
The role requires someone who is data minded with a proven background within campaign analysis and selections and you will have built and delivered successful campaigns. You will have demonstrable SQL experience (preferably with Microsoft SQL Server) and will also ideally have experience of using an interactive data visualisation tool such as Power BI, Qlickview or Tableau and Excel experience. Strong stakeholder management experience is key, you will have worked with clients on briefs and can translate market requirements into suitable data briefs.
