About the role
This Customer Support Advisor role in our Cobham branch offers you the first step into an insurance career with excellent long-term progression. You’ll be the backbone of the team, delivering the best possible customer service to new and existing customers.
This is a truly varied role where you’ll have the opportunity to focus on your own continuous improvement and get involved in reporting, administrative tasks and even marketing.

As Customer Support Advisor, the focus is on bringing your personality to the role, engaging with customers and providing the support they’re looking for, when they’re looking for it. We’re all about warm personalities, quality conversations and a customer-first attitude, so you’ll be expected to considerately analyse our existing client data base to cross-sell our General Insurance products and generate potential prospects for our life products.
As part of our thriving and vibrant team your day to day tasks will also include reviewing and amending policies, investigating and processing claims, as well as managing transactions such as policy cancellations refunds.

This role falls under the Insurance Distribution Directive. This means there is a requirement for Continuous Professional Development in role, in addition to ongoing screening checks once in post.
