An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Direct Marketing Consultant to join our Customer Communications team on a maternity cover contract for 12 months. This is a fantastic chance for the right person to help deliver data led test and learn campaigns across multiple channels and provide recommendations for future strategy within a team who are an integral part of the wider business.
The role involves working closely with colleagues to plan campaign analysis, interpreting these results and delivering recommendations on campaign improvements, reporting back to key stakeholders on marketing effectiveness by sharing results and learnings. The successful candidate will project manage the end to end direct marketing campaign process across channels including direct mail and email ensuring it is aligned to business objectives and capacity.

You are data minded with a curious nature who is not afraid to challenge the status quo. You have a strong e-mail and direct marketing background and proven experience of delivering and implementing end to end direct marketing campaigns. Significant experience of managing prospect mailings and third-party data is essential in order to drive new business activity using propensity models to aid targeting and maximising ROI. You have the ability to analyse data and you will are passionate about campaign strategy and translating results in a creative manner whilst providing future recommendations to your stakeholders.
