The Diversity & Inclusion Specialist is an exciting and newly created role, where you’ll be instrumental in helping us deliver on diversity initiatives in line with one of our guiding principles, being a “Great place to work”.

As part of the wider HR team, you’ll be working with a broad range of stakeholders across the business to help drive the implementation of our D&I strategy and project manage multiple initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion, which provides fair treatment for all.

As a subject matter expert, you’ll create an environment of inclusion, where people can bring their whole self to work and feel valued, emotionally connected and able to fully contribute. We’ll be keen to measure the progress on our D&I journey, so you’ll be leading the continuous data collection and analysis, to support making well-informed decisions and recommendations.

This role is based in our purpose-built Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is to you. An experienced D&I professional, you bring your passion, expertise and a practical application of implementing D&I initiatives across a business, using inclusive language. You proactively build an internal and external network and have experience in the creation and implementation of D&I plans that achieve business objectives. To join our team, you must also have: 

• Experience of implementing a data led D&I agenda with excellent data analytical skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong influencing skills and the ability to adapt your style to a variety of audiences


• Experience of using strong planning and organisational skills to project manage initiatives


• The ability to discuss issues in a diplomatic and constructive way


• Skills to facilitate group meetings and workshops.   


• A qualification in D&I or a willingness to study towards one is desirable.
