Focusing specifically on NFU Mutual’s High Net Worth proposition and strategy, the Bespoke team lead cross-divisional collaboration, bringing key stakeholders together to ensure delivery of business objectives. The team ensures the success of the High-Net-Worth strategy through monitoring, reporting and putting key controls in place. With exposure to teams and stakeholders across the business, this is a great role to expand your knowledge of insurance.
Due to maternity leave, we have an opportunity for a Bespoke Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month FTC. Our Bespoke Coordinator role coordinates, develops and manages BAU and departmental project activity. Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of a significant migration project through the recording and monitoring of performance MI, managing project expenses, engagement with external suppliers and providing appropriate updates to senior stakeholders.
You will play a key support role in team projects which will include a range of activities from updating intranet pages, co-ordinating meetings, collaborating with multiple teams and MI reporting.

You’re currently working in the insurance sector in a coordination or administrative capacity. Enthusiastic, willing to learn and open to new ideas you bring an approachable style to building relationships with stakeholders. Organised and adaptable, you manage your workload and enjoy adapting to changing circumstances. You have a clear communication style and are able to write key information in an understandable way.
