Apply nowWe have an exciting opportunity for an IT Hardware Asset Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Leading the Hardware Asset Management function, you’ll manage the company IT Hardware Assets Lifecyle including the selection and deployment of technology to users around the business and the agency network. You’ll play a key role in collaborating with third parties to ensure adequate stock is available, replacements are issued in a timely manner and all SLAs and KPIs are met.
You’ll be responsible for the resale of redundant stock and manage the hardware asset service in its entirety with our third parties. As we make future device upgrades for employees, you’ll use your planning and analysis skills to assess user requirements and ensure new technology meets the necessary requirements.
As the IT Hardware Asset Manager, you’ll manage a team, demonstrating excellent coaching and development skills and be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to work under pressure.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have extensive hardware asset management experience. You’ll be able to take accountability and be a collaborative, customer focused professional. You’ll be proactive and organised, working under pressure to deliver excellent results. You’ll have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
You’ll be an experienced team manager and have proven experience in supplier engagement and project management.
