About the role

We have an exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for an L&OD Consultant within our People Change Partnering team in our HR Division. The main aim of the role is to provide a learning consultancy service to business managers across NFU Mutual to identify and agree learning and development requirements in support of effective delivery of business objectives. Acting as a business partner to multiple change programmes within the organisation you will help analyse needs and support the creation of learning approaches to ensure that changes are rolled out efficiently within the organisation. You will build and maintain relationships with business managers, projects, L&OD and HR colleagues to ensure the effective delivery and promotion of services and deliver and facilitate the provision of, coaching, mentoring and facilitation services to meet agreed project and business objectives.



No two days are the same in this role, you will work on a vast variety or diverse and interesting projects, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the end-to-end change consultancy life cycle.

About you

You will have a proven Learning and Organisational Development background and experience within a collaborative business partnering or consultancy role. You will possess both a good understanding of project management methodology and delivery skills with the ability to devise strategic, practical learning solutions and deliver and evaluate them. You will have experience of delivering the end-to-end change consultancy life cycle and will also have experience of managing and influencing diverse stakeholders at all levels.
