Apply nowWe now have a great opportunity for experienced Consultant to join the Change Programme Team in Learning & Organisational Development as an L&OD Consultant, on a 12 month FTC.
Here at NFU Mutual, we are passionate about successfully delivering strategic change within the business. Currently we are working on several strategic change programmes, each of which benefits from comprehensive and agile L&OD consultancy. Reporting to the Change Programme Consultancy Manager, you will work on Portfolio Programmes and Projects, helping to deliver strategically important change in the business. As a L&OD Consultant you will conduct learning needs analysis, consult and advise on a learning and organisational development approach, resource and oversee the design, development and deployment of learning solutions. Finally, you will evaluate the impact and benefit of the solutions implemented.
You must be within a commutable distance to our Stratford Upon Avon office in order to be able to immerse yourself in the fast-paced programme activity. Some key accountabilities will include:
