We now have a great opportunity for a Learning Experience Designer to join us during this busy time at NFU Mutual. Reporting to the Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) Manager, the main purpose of the role is to work in partnership with key members of L&OD and their nominated business areas. This is to provide a best in class learning consultancy service that includes the facilitation of discovery workshops and development of learning prototypes, to establish desired business outcomes and measures. We are flexible regarding location- as long as you are within a commutable distance to one of our Regional offices, with ad hoc travel to other locations if deemed necessary.
