The Marketing Campaigns team key purpose is to plan, develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to our target customers that meet business objectives. Working closely with the channel teams, they make sure all activity uses the right approach to deliver a positive return on investment, constantly monitoring and refining to drive future improvements and help NFU Mutual deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
As a Marketing Campaigns Consultant you’ll join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover an internal secondment and will develop and create recommendations to deliver against general and High Net Worth insurance campaigns briefs, managing the end to end campaign process using subject matter expertise to manage and execute integrated multimedia campaigns that meet strategic and business objectives. You will work closely with colleagues across the business such as the propositions and project team to understand business objectives to support effective campaign activity and customer communications whilst building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure communication and planning takes place in relation to campaigns.
In addition, we have several key strategic programmes rolling out across the business and you will be involved in ensuring customer facing communications are clear and drive the desired behaviours. You will manage, maintain and deliver all relevant marketing collateral including literature, brochures, direct marketing and webpages as part of campaign activity as well as BAU to ensure it is delivered on time, to quality standards and on budget. You will also work closely with third party suppliers ensuring they deliver on time, to agreed standards and to budget.

NFU Mutual is happy to offer its employees informal homeworking. Our team is located in Stratford-upon-Avon and it would be expected that on average, 50% of your working time would be located from this office, with the remaining days home based should you wish.
You have experience of project managing and delivering end to end multi-channel integrated campaigns ideally within a regulatory environment, direct mail experience is preferable. You have a successful track record of engaging key stakeholders and building relationships at all levels. Experience in managing suppliers and you ideally understand the customer journey via transactional documents. You are a proactive person and possess real marketing know-how.
