We have an opportunity for a Non-Advised Sales Consult to join our growing Direct Sales team, where you’ll Sell NFU Mutual Financial Services and products to customers on a non-advised basis and develop leads generated from inbound and outbound telephone conversations to compliance, quality and performance standards.
Your responsibilities will include responding to inbound calls and sell FS products to customers on a non-advised basis maintaining productivity levels and quality standards, identifying all leads that potentially need advice and pass promptly to Financial Advisers to standards and criteria established in the SLA as well as creating records of all transactions ensuring they meet NFU Mutual and compliance standards.
It is also essential within this role that you can develop and maintain effective relationships with other Direct teams, Financial Planning Managers, Financial Advisers, Agents and third parties to improve the quality of leads generated and lead to the development of the non-advised channel.
With experience of supporting and influencing multiple stakeholders at various levels, experienced in a sales environment, strong in providing top class customer service. We are looking for an individual who would ideally have Financial Services qualifications.
