Apply nowWe now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PMO Analyst to join our Group Change department here at NFU Mutual. Group Change provides services to the organisation to define and deliver business change in a holistic, consistent and controlled way that meets the needs of the organisation’s strategic objectives and obligations, whilst providing the expected return on investment.
As well as supporting the delivery of projects & programmes our PMO Analysts act as their ‘conscience of the shoulder’ by providing guidance and support on the implementation of and adherence to change and governance frameworks. Our PMO Analysts also support and manage routine project and programme health checks and audits and ensure continuous improvement opportunities are identified within projects and programmes and that these are considered and shared as best practice at a portfolio level where appropriate. As a PMO Analyst, you will be an important member of the team- planning, arranging and managing the administration of meetings and workshops, including the recording of outcomes and production of minutes to ensure their smooth operation and compliance with governance standards. You will also have responsibility for bringing order and structure to the delivery of change using specialist skills in planning, estimating, scheduling, budget and resource management. A key focus will be on analysing, interpreting and providing insight on the progress of projects/programmes through establishing project controls to provide a consistent and accurate view of delivery.
