We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our Personal Injury Claims team at our Regional Service Centre in Bristol.
As an Injury Claims handler, you will manage and process third party vehicle damage and third party injury claims from when the claim is intimated to settlement
You’ll be joining a vibrant team in a lively, modern office with everything you need, including plenty of break-out spaces, well-equipped kitchens, showers and even table tennis. We’re only a short walk from local shops, cafés and restaurants, and getting here’s easy too – we’re close to Bristol Temple Meads station and local bus routes. There’s also on-site bike storage.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Your shifts will fall between 8am and 6pm. Work-life balance is important to us here at NFU Mutual, and so you will not be required to work evenings and weekends (although optional overtime is sometimes available).
NFU Mutual are happy to offer its employees informal homeworking. Our team is located in Bristol, and it would be expected that on average, 50% of your working time would be located from this office, with the remaining days home based should you wish.
We are seeking insurance professionals with demonstrable injury claims handling experience and a good understand of Motor Liability. You will also be able to confidently handle third party claims.
