We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Head Office Underwriting and Pricing Team, part time, on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a Personal Assistant you will be delivering effective, efficient and confidential secretarial and administrative support, and carry out delegated activities in accordance with policies, procedures and practices.
In this role you will have great exposure to senior stakeholders across the business, so it's key that you have the confidence to manage and engage with them. Key responsibilities within the role will include diary management, coordinating and monitoring all forms of correspondence to ensure a timely and appropriate response. You will plan and organise meetings, events, travel and accommodation as well as create, compile and distribute documents, papers, presentations and minutes to ensure they are accurate, meet agreed timescales and comply with relevant policies.
Working Hours: 3 days per week, to be agreed, 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 pro rata, depending on experience
We’re looking for someone who possesses excellent organisational skills, communication skills both written and verbal, and who can prioritise a demanding and changing workload efficiently. You must also be able to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.
You will be confident in using Microsoft office packages with previous administration or secretarial experience.
The successful candidate will have 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths at C or above (or equivalent).
