About the role

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Premises Administrator to join our Properties Support Unit based in Stratford Upon Avon. 

We have over 350 properties nationwide and you’ll be joining a team who support these offices with property related issues. 

Queries can be varied which means every day is different.

If there’s a heatwave and the air conditioning needs to be fixed; if someone has back pain and needs an adjustable desk; if you’re looking to refurbish the reception to make a better first impression, in all these types of situations, you’d contact our team.

We manage incoming emails, raise the case on our system, assign suppliers to do the work, and then manage the job through to completion. All the time keeping our internal customers happy and well informed.

You’ll gain experience using your customer service skills, have the chance to work in a friendly team, and you’ll have full training to help you learn about what we do and how we do it.

About you

You use your administration skills and confidence to support our customers with a range of queries. Taking a pro-active approach, you will enjoy updating customers, building relationships over the telephone, and empathising with their situation. You’ll adapt your approach depending on the situation and you’ll be able to manage difficult conversations on those occasions when things don’t go to plan.

To join our team, you’ll also have:

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal)

  • Experience in business administration
