Apply nowWe have an exciting opportunity within our existing Propositions team for a Propositions Governance MI Consultant which is a key, regulatory role within the function. You will manage and develop all elements of MI that facilitate the effective delivery of NFU Mutual’s annual General Insurance product reviews. You will work closely with key stakeholders to drive effective and collaborative delivery of the required data and MI, Quantitative (Customer Dashboards), Qualitative and product review process controls, ensuring that NFU Mutual’s Product Oversight and Governance (PO&G) requirements are met.
You will also be responsible for the key product review process controls including data supplier attestations, annual product review schedule, stakeholder communications, review template updates, collation of product review stakeholder feedback, review report sign-offs and governance submissions, to ensure all annual product reviews are completed to time, quality and required rigour to meet the relevant regulatory requirements.
You must have a proven background of working in either an Insurance or Financial Services environment and will have experience of producing and maintaining dashboards within a performance/customer outcomes context. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are essential as are experience of BI Reporting tools (Tableau/Qlik Sense/preferably Power BI). Strong stakeholder management skills are a must and you will be highly analytical with strong attention to detail. You must be highly organised with strong planning skills, enjoy working in a process environment and have a proactive approach to your work.
