We are now seeking a Pricing Manager to join our expanding Department to develop and lead a dynamic team who are responsible for the delivery of our street (customer) price for all General Insurance business. Reporting to the Head of Risk and Street pricing, the successful candidate will ensure we are delivering sustainable profitable growth by continuously driving improvements in our customer pricing across Motor (Car and LGV) and Personal (Home & Lifestyle products, Equine and High Net Worth Home) products across all channels.

What we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced and strategic pricing leader who has led a dynamic pricing cycle and been accountable for the pricing outputs of personal lines products across various channels, including online. Delivering a balance between growth, profitability and customer outcome metrics.


You will be used to working across a variety of stakeholders and departments to ensure alignment and will possess the ability to make the complex simple for others.


Additionally, you will have experience of coaching and developing a function which has implemented and used advanced statistical and machine learning techniques and price optimisation, including ownership of the optimisation framework, process and relevant controls. Ideally you will be familiar with optimisation suites such as Radar or Willis Towers Watson.
