Risk & Budget Coordinator

About the role

Our Divisional Operations team within Strategy & Marketing Division are central to the effective running of the division. We have a unique opportunity available to become a part of the Divisional Operations team focusing specifically on Risk & Budgets. Your role will help support the identification and management of potential risks which will give you exposure to all the varied processes within a key division in the organisation. You will also support the annual budget process, providing a centralised and consistent view across all teams within the division, working closely with our business partners.

This varied role will include a wide range of tasks that will help you decide where your specialisms lie and give you the opportunity to gain exposure to different stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be central to the division, providing support on Risk & Budgetary activity across all teams.

Everyday activities could include:

  • Supporting the Divisional Risk & Budgetary Consultant

  • Collating and reviewing reports

  • Reviewing Health & Safety requirements

  • Support budget planning

  • Help to plan divisional events and away days

  • Taking minutes at divisional meetings

About you

  • Proactive and intuitive in your approach, you ask questions and challenge to find out the best way to do things.

  • Detail focused and data driven, you know your way around Excel and enjoy analysing and reporting on data.

  • A strong communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships.

  • Strong organisation skills and ability to manage several different tasks simultaneously.

Our divisional operations team are big on development and will help you to develop some of the knowledge and skills required to succeed in this role.
