We are seeking a dynamic professional with experience of leading technical teams of Developers to manage our expanding Pricing Design and Deployment Department to. This are of our Pricing function is responsible for designing and developing algorithms to support pricing activity using Radar. This is a fantastic time to join this evolving and forward-thinking Department as we experience a variety of exciting projects and change programmes which will truly make a difference.
As Pricing Design and Deployment Manager, you will own and develop the strategy behind the continued development of new pricing capability across our entire General Insurance portfolio to market-par standards through the solution design, development of the algorithmic structures, adaption of statistical models, and algorithm build, test and deployment methods.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader who has led functions of Developers who have been responsible for delivering algorithm builds, partnered with a background of technical experience in this area.
As a people-focussed leader, you will share our passion for engaging and developing people to realise their full potential and will boast a track record of supporting and guiding your teams to success.
You will be used to working across a variety of stakeholders and departments to ensure alignment and will possess the ability to make the complex simple for others.
Ideally, you will have experience of working within General Insurance and using software such as Radar or Earnix, however this is not essential, and consideration will be given to candidates from wider industries.
