Based in Stratford-Upon-Avon and with working from home flexibility, this Subject Matter Expert role offers you the exciting prospect of joining NFU Mutual’s internal change programme and taking a part in defining our future sales and servicing processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic professional with strong Motor Underwriting experience to become involved in a multifaceted project focusing on delivering excellent customer experience together with target business outcomes for sales and underwriting. The role can be offered either on a fixed term contract or on a permanent basis depending on circumstances.
As a Subject Matter Expert, your responsibilities will include:
As an experienced general insurance professional, you will have an in-depth Motor Underwriting knowledge and expertise. You will have an excellent awareness of the insurance market and what trends are likely to have an impact on NFU Mutual.
