York
Supporting customers across North-East England
Our York office
Our teams in the York office support both our customers and our colleagues in the NFU Mutual Agency Network across the UK. Located just off the outer York ring road, in a semi rural setting close to the River Ouse, this modern, well-equipped office provides access to an on site café and training suite, along with plenty of meeting rooms, breakout areas and kitchen facilities.
The building is fully accessible, with lifts, gender neutral and gender-specific toilet facilities throughout. And while it’s an active site, you’ll also find quieter spaces when you need time to focus. If you’d like a break from your desk, you can walk to the local shops nearby or you can use the outdoor picnic area to socialise with colleagues on site.
Getting here is easy by car, bus or bike, with plenty of on-site parking. If you prefer to cycle, you’ll have access to secure bike storage facilities and on-site showers.

York
York is one of the country’s most historic cities - the Romans, Saxons and Vikings all left their mark here. You’ll find York Minster at its heart, surrounded by medieval and Georgian streets that are mostly car-free and full of independent stores, antiques shops and designer boutiques.
With a wide choice of cafés, bars and restaurants and a vibrant nightlife, as well as four theatres, you’ll find plenty of entertainment. And if you want to travel further afield, there are excellent rail and road links.
