Company profiles on Flexa are built on transparency and independently verified using real employee feedback, giving candidates a clearer view of what it’s like to work somewhere before they apply.
Our first Flexa employee feedback results highlight what our people value about working here. Employees rated us particularly highly for being family friendly (93%) and for work-life balance (91%). We were also recognised for being early career friendly and for our mission, both scoring 90%.
Other strong scores included age inclusivity (89%), job security (88%), culture and market-leading products (both 86%), reward and recognition (85%), and benefits and non-salary compensation (both 83%).
Together, these results reflect a workplace where people feel supported to balance work and home life, build meaningful careers and be part of a culture shaped by long-term relationships, care and purpose.
