NFU Mutual has been ranked, 6th out of 50 on Glassdoor’s ‘Best Places to Work UK 2026’, the highest-ranking insurer on the list. This is also our highest overall position to date.
Employees, who have completed a review, helped achieve our highest ratings to date of 4.5/5 stars with 89% recommending us as a great place to work and 91% approving of Nick Turner as CEO. This is especially important, at a time when 70% of candidates review Glassdoor before applying for a role.
