The Portfolio Design & Insights Team manage the pipeline of change to ensure that the change roadmap is aligned to our company strategy. They produce quality data and insights, so we know the portfolio is deliverable and affordable.
The Planning Team ensure that planning is joined up across the portfolio and timely interventions can be made to keep us on track.
The PMO Services Team is deployed into project teams, holding them to account for adhering to our Change Framework standards, ensuring that we have quality data and can act on early warning indicators to support effective management of the portfolio.
The Change Framework & Capability Team ensure we have a robust Change Framework that works well for NFU Mutual, together with the capability needed to underpin delivery.
Enterprise Portfolio Delivery (EPD)

The Programme Delivery Team is responsible for delivery against the agreed vision and business outcomes of our large complex programmes.
The Sub-Portfolio Delivery Team is responsible for delivery and business outcomes for groups of affiliated projects, supporting a more modular and flexible approach.
Enterprise Change Management (ECM)

The Change Management Delivery Team which supports the business to ensure effective change adoption and realisation of agreed business outcomes.
The Change Management Practice Team ensures we have the right toolkit, effectively manages business impact and change saturation at the portfolio level, and that benefits land even after project closure.
Portfolio Assurance
The Assurance Team is our first line of defence, working collaboratively with all Group Change Services, Business Sponsors, and the second and third lines to assure the Portfolio. This pivotal service is instrumental in mitigating risks proactively and accelerating the application of lessons learned when events occur.
