We design and deliver tailored HR initiatives, providing expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and both bespoke and cyclical activities. By offering sustainable people and learning solutions, we help the business navigate change, build capability, and drive long-term success - ensuring that HR continues to be a strategic partner in NFU Mutual’s growth and resilience.
Learning Design and Delivery Team
By designing and delivering high-quality, blended learning solutions we enhance the learning experience across NFU Mutual, our Regional Service Centres and the NFU Mutual Agency Network. From early careers to technical knowledge, through to leadership programmes, we create tailored content delivered through multiple channels which all help build capability and drive performance across the business.
HR Service Delivery Team
We ensure efficient, high-quality HR services across NFU Mutual. Our Service Layer supports all employees, managers, candidates, and third parties through centralised query management. At the same time, our Operations team handles key transactional tasks like contracts, data input, screening, and learning deployment. We also lead on Governance and Vendor Management, Payroll, and Group Health and Safety - maximising HR’s capabilities and supporting a smooth, consistent experience for all our customers.
