As a High Net Worth Surveyor at NFU Mutual, you will be entrusted with the crucial task of conducting comprehensive on-site assessments of high-value residential properties, as well as appraising risk management strategies for fine art, antiques, and luxury items. Your specialised knowledge will be pivotal in assisting clients in the protection of their assets and preventing losses.
In the realm of risk management, your role is instrumental in identifying potential risks to our clients’ properties. You will advise on preventive measures to mitigate these risks, ensuring the safety and security of their valuable assets. Additionally, you’ll craft bespoke risk management reports that are tailored to the unique lifestyle and needs of each client, providing them with solutions that resonate with their individual circumstances.
Client relationship management is the cornerstone of your position. You’ll be building and nurturing relationships with our high-net-worth clients, which is fundamental to our business. By providing a personalised service, you will gain an understanding of each client’s specific requirements, thereby ensuring their peace of mind with tailor-made insurance solutions that meet their expectations, including providing advice regarding the adequacy of rebuild sums insured.
Collaboration and support are key aspects of your role. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to provide thought leadership on all aspects of high net worth risk management. Additionally, you’ll provide ongoing support and advice to both clients and colleagues, positioning yourself as the subject matter expert in high net worth surveying. Your contributions will not only enhance the quality of our services but also reinforce the trust our clients place in NFU Mutual.
You’ll bring hands-on experience in the risk management of high net worth residential properties and associated assets for insurance purposes. This includes familiarity with the nuances of heritage properties, fine art, antiques, valuables, and collectibles.
You’ll also have a proven track record of working with affluent clients, demonstrating an ability to offer bespoke advice and maintain discretion. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service are the hallmarks of an expert High Net Worth Surveyor.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to act as NFU Mutual’s subject matter expert on all aspects of high net worth surveying including enhancing the skills and knowledge of colleagues, including assessing the adequacy of a client’s rebuild sums insured.
Credibility is key for this role and comes from a proven track record of high net worth surveying and the ability to provide insightful risk assessments, and the finesse to handle client relationships with utmost discretion and integrity. It’s about demonstrating unwavering expertise and reliability, ensuring that clients feel secure in the knowledge that their valuable assets are in capable hands.
