Apply nowOur Learning Design & Delivery team work across the whole of NFU Mutual to design and deliver engaging, relevant and up to date learning programmes. Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced L&D Insurance Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. In this role you will design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions related to insurance, sales and soft skills keeping everyone up to date on regulation. Developing learning catalogues to provide a high-quality L&D service across the business and the Agency Network. You will partner with L&D colleagues and SME’S to develop and evaluate new learning solutions in line with the department strategy and standards, utilising learning technologies and social learning strategies to meet the identified need.
You will stay up to date with relevant insurance technical knowledge and will review and update our insurance licencing solutions ensuring they are fit for purpose, accurate, up to date, reflect evaluation results and meet business and regulatory requirements. You will also deliver training either virtually or face to face, as part of the role you will be required to travel on an ad-hoc basis on average once or twice per month.
You have proven insurance knowledge and experience and have a strong learning & development background. You have strong experience of designing including digital solutions and delivering training both virtually and face to face. You are inquisitive and flexible in your approach with strong time management skills. You have the ability to facilitate effectively and in an engaging manner to a wide range of audiences.
