Marketing Campaigns Consultant – FS – 12 Month FTC

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Campaigns professional on a 12-month fixed term basis to own and manage the execution of Financial Services specific multi-channel campaigns throughout NFU Mutual. Working closely with the Financial Services Marketing Campaigns Manager, you’ll join our wider team of twenty-five and will be part of our growing and forward-thinking Marketing & Digital division.

You’ll bring your knowledge and experience of integrated multimedia campaigns and be involved in all aspects of campaign management from start to finish, working closely with colleagues within PR, Internal Communications, and social media to create a cohesive campaign plan. You will focus on the planning, creation, and evolution of engaging content such as blogs and webinars which will be shared with our target audiences. Ensuring our customers are kept up to date with key themes, adding value to our customer journey. Targeting our existing customer base is a key aspect of our strategy, so experience in managing direct mail and email campaigns is also important. In addition to planning and campaign delivery, you’ll also be able to successfully implement test and learn strategies, work closely with our compliance team to obtain the necessary approvals and review and analyse campaign performance.

You’ll use your exceptional influencing skills to build, maintain and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including our agency network, Propositions team and third-party suppliers ensuring they deliver on time, to agreed standards and to budget. In addition, you will manage all Financial Services marketing material, ensuring it is up to date and relevant for our Agency networks use.

You are a proven Marketing Campaigns specialist with experience of planning and delivering both B2C and B2B multi-channel integrated campaigns from start to finish ideally within a regulated environment. You are a strong communicator with the ability to test the status quo and manage a successful campaign process. You have a successful track record of engaging key stakeholders. You have experience of creating engaging content and understand how best to share this with target customer audiences.

To join our team, you must also have:
• Experience of managing complex financial campaigns
• Understanding of direct response marketing across email and print
• Data focused, being able to analyse previous campaigns to inform future campaign activity
• Test and learn experience is important
• Experience in managing suppliers and conducting reviews
• Experience in writing content within a regulated environment
