This role is known internally as a PMO (Project Management Office) Administrator
Are you looking to change your career or start building a career within Project Management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Group Change division. Group Change provides services to the organisation to define and deliver business change in a holistic, consistent, and controlled way that meets the needs of the organisation's strategic objectives and obligations, whilst providing the expected return in investment.
As a Project Administrator, you’ll provide administrative support and co-ordination to change programmes and projects on behalf of the EPMO to support successful delivery whilst contributing to the development of continuous improvement within the Project Management function to ensure best practise.
In collaboration with other Project Management Officers, Project and Programme Managers, you’ll will provide a comprehensive administrative support across all areas. This includes minute taking, regular updates to our risk and issue logs, travel booking, provision of the budgetary assistance as well as prompt escalation of any emerging challenges. Your diligent contributions will ensure smooth project execution and effective management of our projects.
You’ll support with creating communications across all channels, ensuring that this is clear, relevant and accurate in line with corporate guidelines to meet project requirements.
